MeloHi is designed with privacy in mind: it works fully offline, requires no account, and does not upload or collect your audio files.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

MeloHi does not require you to create an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. We do not collect your contacts, messages, or other personal content stored on your device.

3. Your Audio Files

The App is an offline player for your local audio collection. When you import audio files, they are accessed and stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, host, transmit, or share your audio files with any server or third party.

4. Device Permissions

To function, the App may request the following permissions:

Storage / Media access: to read and play the audio files you choose to import into the App.
Audio playback: to play your local audio and the built-in relaxing sounds.

These permissions are used solely to provide the App's core features and are not used to collect or transmit personal information.

5. Advertising and Analytics

Currently, MeloHi does not display advertisements and does not integrate third-party analytics or tracking services. If we introduce advertising or analytics in a future update, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide notice before such changes take effect.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information, it is suitable for users of all ages.

7. Data Security

Since your audio files and data remain on your own device, the security of that data depends on the security of your device. We encourage you to keep your device's operating system and the App up to date.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to external websites (such as the Google Play listing). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party websites or services.
