1. Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to MeloHi. By downloading, installing, or using the MeloHi mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.
2. About the App
MeloHi is a cozy, offline music application that lets you enjoy your own local audio files in a peaceful forest-themed environment. The App also includes built-in relaxing sounds and white noise. MeloHi does not provide streaming content and does not require an internet connection or a user account to function.
3. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
4. Your Audio Files
You are solely responsible for the audio files you import into the App and for ensuring that you have the rights to use and play them. The App does not upload, host, or share your audio files; they remain stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your own files, and we are not liable for any loss of audio files on your device.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
- Use the App to play, store, or distribute content that you do not have the right to use.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, text, and software, is owned by us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use our trademarks, logos, or branding except as part of your normal use of the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update the App or revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
